Facilities and Services
We chose our Corbin location to be central to the local hospital as well as have easy access from I-75. Our services include on site vision & hearing screening, limited laboratory services & minor procedures. We are located in the same building as BRMC’s outpatient radiology center which can provide quick and easy access to many radiology tests. Our Corbin office includes sick and well waiting areas.
Our London office is conveniently located in the beautiful Sam Adams building on Fifth Street just minutes from the south London exit of I-75.

We offer flexible office hours so that your child may be seen as soon as possible. We answer our phones between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Monday-Friday and on Saturday 8:00AM-12N.
Sunday, Holiday, and evening calls should be directed to our on call service by calling our office number for current instructions.

Staff
We have an experienced and highly trained staff composed of Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, friendly receptionists and billing personnel.

Baptist Regional Medical Center.
Insurance
Insurance Cards:
Please be
sure to bring in your insurance card for each visit. You may get a
new insurance card at the beginning of the year, so be sure to
provide us with a copy of it as soon as possible. We must have your
card in order to bill your insurance
in an
accurate and timely fashion.
